Learned counsel for the parties have drawn my attention to order dated, 20.11.2018, passed by the Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 11433/2018 titled Dr. Vinayak Varma vs. Medical Counselling Committee & Ors., which was directed against the order dated 11.10.2018 of this Court in LPA 564/2018 which, in turn, challenged the order dated 24th September, 2018, passed by my learned predecessor in the present proceedings. W.P.(C).5333/2018

By the order dated 28th November, 2018, the Supreme Court has also disposed of this writ petition.

Accordingly, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is disposed of in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court.
