% 17.05.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.376/16 under Sections 376/323 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar. Status report not filed. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2016. The prosecutrix is present in person and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. She has informed that she and the petitioner have since married and are living together at Delhi. She has no objection to the grant of bail.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the BAIL APPLN. 1019/2016

sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
