Leave and liberty granted.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off accordingly. Needless to state that if the statutory remedy is availed within six weeks from today, the same shall be determined by the industrial adjudicator without going into the question of limitation, in accordance with law. LPA 163/2015
