This is the petition filed by the Petitioner seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of providing treatment to his son who is suffering from psychiatric problem and also for rebuilding his dilapidated house.

Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 04.01.2016 has not been disposed of till date. 4.

Mr.Avninder Singh, learned ASC for the State assures that the representation made by the Petitioner to the competent authority shall be disposed of within seven days.

The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to dispose of the representation of the petitioner seeking parole within seven days from today. W.P.(CRL) 1460/2016

After the representation of the petitioner is disposed of by the competent authority, the order shall be communicated to the Petitioner through Jail Superintendent.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
