% 12.08.2016 This case was listed through office note for correction of some inadvertent typographical errors in judgment dated 23rd March, 2016. In last para of the judgment i.e. para 28, the date of the impugned order is wrongly mentioned as 08.03.1983, instead of 09.03.1983. Furthermore, the judgment was pronounced on 23.03.2016, as noted on the first page of the judgment, but on the last page the date of judgment it is typed as 23.03.2015. Accordingly, the above errors are corrected. In para 28 of the judgement the date of the impugned order be read as 09.03.1983 instead of 08.03.1983. The date of pronouncement of judgement on the last page shall also be corrected to read as 23.03.2016.
