Learned counsel for the petitioner has been requested to address arguments on the maintainability of the present petition in this court as we are prima facie, of the view that no cause of action has arisen in Delhi and the mere impleadment of the respondent No.2/Director General-CRPF in the Memo of Parties cannot be of any assistance when he has impugned the order dated 23.09.2016, passed by the Disciplinary Authority, who was based in Rampur, U.P.; the order dated 17.03.2017, passed by the Appellate Authority, who was based in Lucknow, U.P.; and the order dated 09.11.2017, passed by the Revisional Authority, who was based in Kolkata. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the competent Court vested with territorial jurisdiction to entertain the same.
