The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the disputes between the petitioner and respondent have been resolved in terms of the settlements dated 20.12.2019 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A copy of the said settlement agreement has also been placed on record. In terms of the said settlement agreement, the respondent has paid a sum of ₹25,000/- in cash to the petitioner, who is present in Court.

The respondent has also issued a cheque being No. 780062, drawn on State Bank of India, for a sum of ₹20,000/-. The respondent undertakes that the said cheque would be honoured on presentation. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
