The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.1145/2015 registered under Section 12 POCSO Act, 2012 at PS Govindpuri. Status report not filed.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2015. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has since been filed. There are allegations that the prosecutrix was being molested for some time. The FIR was not lodged promptly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
