By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a Special Leave Petition, arrange funds for the same and maintain social ties and also challenges the communication dated 16th April, 2018 whereby the application seeking parole was rejected. 2.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report, the family of the petitioner comprising his wife, two daughters and one son was found residing at H.No.D-40, Bhagat Singh Park, Near Kaptan Chowk, Village Siraspur, Delhi. As per the latest nominal roll, the appellant has been in continuous custody since 16th June, 2016 the date when he was arrested and thus undergone a total imprisonment of more than two and a half years including remissions. Considering that there is no other elder member in the family because the wife of the petitioner is working as a labour to file W.P.(CRL) 1594/2018

the SLP, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Rohini Jail.
