1. A settlement has already been arrived between the parties and a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 24th August 2016 signed by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC) has been placed on record.

2. As jointly prayed for by the parties, the suit is decreed in terms of the aforementioned Settlement Agreement dated 24th August 2016 which shall be read as forming part of the decree. Decree be drawn up accordingly.

3. The suit and pending applications are disposed of.

4. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties prior to the framing of issues, the Plaintiff is entitled to refund of half the court fee under Section 16A of the Court Fees Act.

5.The Registry will prepare and issue to the Plaintiff, within two weeks from today, a certificate entitling the Plaintiff to receive back from the Collector of Stamps half of the court fees paid by the Plaintiff. S.MURALIDHAR, J SEPTEMBER 19, 2016 hs
