% 29.05.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter has been settled with the complainant, in as much as, Memorandum of Understanding dated 24th May, 2018 has been entered between them. Accordingly, solely on the ground of compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the complainant, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. However, it is made clear that in case terms of settlement are not complied with by the petitioner, bail would be liable to be cancelled.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
