OMP(Misc.)(Comm.) 110/2018 This is a joint petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the parties seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Work Order dated 20th March, 2009. Having perused the contents of the petition, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 22nd June, 2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
