The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for quashing/setting aside the order dated 19.09.2017, issued by the respondent No.3/Staff Selection Commission and the Inter-office Note dated 14.05.2018 (Annexure P-7).

A perusal of the Inter-Office Note reveals that no termination order was issued to the petitioner so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the position remains the same till date. No notice of termination has been issued to the petitioner by the respondent No.2.

That being the position, we are of the opinion that the petition is premature.

At this, learned counsel states that she may be granted permission to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to seek legal recourse if and when the respondents issue him a termination order.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications.
