The Criminal Revision Petition under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'CrPC') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking setting-aside of the Judgment dated 07.08.2012.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has expired on 17.10.2024.
Further, in compliance of the Order dated 02.08.2019, Rs.80,000/- as compensation has also been paid to the father of the deceased.

In view of the submissions made, nothing more survives in the present Crl.Rev.Petition which was filed by the petitioner to challenge the Order dated 07.08.2012.

After some arguments, learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.
