O R D E R

% 28.04.2015 Petitioner and respondent no.4 are known to each other. Petitioner is having strained relations with her husband. It is submitted that petitioner and her husband have already filed first motion which has even been granted by the trial court. Respondent no.4 suspects that her husband is having an affair with the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that petitioner's husband has filed a criminal complaint case No.19/2014 against the husband of respondent no.4 stating therein that he is having adulterous relationship with the petitioner and the said complaint is pending. It appears that on account of this, petitioner and respondent no.4 are having

strained relations, inasmuch as NCRs have been registered against the respondent no.4 in the police station on the complaints of petitioner that respondent no.4 had caused simple hurt to her and also of extending threats. Photocopies of the NCRs have been produced in Court. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that respondent no.4 has also filed complaints in the police station, Defence Colony against the petitioner and her mother. Petitioner and respondent no.4 are living in the nearby colonies and it appears that complaints after complaints are filed by the them against each other.

During the course of hearing, it is agreed by and between the petitioner and respondent no.4 through their counsels that they will not come near to each other's houses within the radius of 200 metres. Learned Additional Standing counsel submits that telephone numbers of SHO, Division Officer and the beat constables have been supplied to the petitioner and in case of any threat she can ring them up and on receipt of such information steps would be taken up to ensure her safety. It is further submitted that one lady constable will visit the petitioner's house off and on to ensure about safety of petitioner.

Parties shall remain bound by their statements.

In view of the above, the petition is not pressed and the same is disposed of accordingly.
