O R D E R

% 27.01.2016 After some arguments parties have arrived at a settlement. Learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions from his client present in the Court states that he shall vacate the suit premises on or before 31.12.2017. He shall hand over the vacant and physical possession of the suit property to the Landlord on or before the said date after clearance of all electricity and water charges. Earlier order of this Court had fixed the user chargers @ Rs.10,000/- per month. Petitioner undertakes to pay this amount regularly to the Landlord in this intervening period. Needless to state that no third party interest shall be created in this intervening period. Affidavit of compliance by way of undertaking shall be filed by the petitioner in the Court

incorporating all the above said averments within two weeks with an advance copy to the respondent.

Petition disposed of accordingly.
