% 23.05.2016 Grievance of the petitioner is that appeal filed by him has not been disposed of by the respondent no.1 though four years have gone by from the date of filing of appeal. It has been prayed in this writ petition that respondent no. 1 be directed to dispose of the appeal in a time bound manner.

Respondent no.1 has to make endeavour to dispose of the appeal expeditiously. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the appeal no. 2951/RA/SDM/SV/12 tiled Sh. Rajbir Singh vs. Jagbir Singh & Ors. expeditiously and preferably within six months from today. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
