The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.206/2016 under Section 308/34 IPC, PS Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. 2.

Heard.

Learned APP for the State submits that pursuant to the order dated 17.05.2016 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated during investigation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has already joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the IO/SHO concerned. BAIL APPLN. 946/2016
