% 22.07.2016 CS(OS) 789/2015 Case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 25.05.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 09.05.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (East), in view of Notification no.5456/DHC/Orgl/2006 dated 28.04.2016.

Learned counsel for plaintiff has submitted that the present matter has been wrongly sent back as the present matter is not an IPR related matter and only IPR matters are to be retained in this court as per the aforesaid notification. However learned counsel for defendant no.3&4 has submitted that the present is an IPR related matter. On going through the case file I am of the view that present is Contd....2

Only IPR related matters are to be retained in this court as per Notification No.5456/DHC/Orgl/2006 dated 28.04.2016 as per clarification received from learned Registrar General conveyed through Registrar (Original). Accordingly the case file sent back to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 15.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
