W.P.(C) 4069/2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to change the name of petitioner's father in Secondary School Examination Certificate and Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate from 'LADHAVAJI PATEL' to 'LADHAVAJI KAGATHARA'. It has been averred in the petition that petitioner passed his Secondary Examination in the year 2011 and Senior Secondary Examination in 2013 from respondent No.2-school.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has made a representation dated 01st January, 2016, to the respondents for amendment/correction in the name of petitioner's father, but no reply has been received till date.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 01st January, 2016 within a period of four weeks.

This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open. MANMOHAN, J MAY 09, 2016 js
