The parties have amicably settled their disputes and executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 27.05.2025 (hereinafter referred to as 'MoU'). The parties who are present in person, and have been duly identified by their respective counsels, affirm the execution of above MoU and undertake to abide the terms and conditions thereof.

In terms of said MoU, the respondent has handed over a Demand Draft of Rs. 15,00,000/- to the appellant and also a cheque of Rs. 20,00,000/- in the name of the minor daughter to the appellant. 3.

minor child and shall be further dealt with only in accordance with the MoU.
