% 26.04.2016 After some arguments, it has been agreed that the order dated 07.062013 be set aside.

It is informed to this court that the amount of PF Contributed by the respondents has been deposited in protest along with interest; this amount will be disbursed as per the rules of EPF Misc. Provisions Act, 1952 and whatever amount is balance, the same is also informed would be paid by the respondents in terms of the order passed under Section 7B of the Act.

At this stage it has also been brought to the notice of this court that certain prosecutions have been launched by the PF Commissioner. In light of the above noted order, prosecutions will not be pressed.

This petition stands disposed of.
