The petition was passed over as none had appeared for the petitioner on the first call. None appears for the petitioner on the second call, as well. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that a complaint has been filed before the Adjudicating Authority. 3.

Considering that the seizure of the currency was affected on 20.06.2011, this Court considers it apposite to direct the Adjudicating Authority to decide the complaint as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of eight months, from today. 4.

The petition is dismissed in default, albeit, with the aforesaid directions.
