% 30.01.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition, the petitioner reserving the right to approach the competent jurisdictional Magistrate in Rajasthan with a criminal complaint on the same set of facts on the basis of which application under Section 156(3) Cr. PC was moved before the Magistrate in Delhi leading to the impugned orders being passed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
