% 11.12.2018 Vide order of 3rd July, 2018 , respondent, who appears in person, was called upon to tender unconditional apology. Counsel for respondent submits that unconditional apology has been tendered and divorce obtained by respondent from petitioner from Ontario Superior Court of Canada is not being given effect to and that respondent has filed a petition for divorce in District Court at Rohini, New Delhi, which is now pending for 9th January, 2019. Learned counsel for respondent submits that advance copy of unconditional apology tendered was served upon petitioner.

The unconditional apology tendered on behalf of respondent is taken on record.

There is no appearance on behalf of petitioner even on the second call in post lunch session.
