% 01.09.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Permission is granted.

This Court notes that in earlier W.P. (C) No.3695/2010 Anil Kumar and Others Vs. UOI and Anr, the same letter i.e. letter dated 11.09.2012 was the subject matter of debate before that Court which had disposed of that writ petition on 22.04.2015. The contention of the petitioner was that this letter of rejection rejecting his prayer seeking allotment of an alternate plot (11.09.2012) had been handed over to him only during the pendency of that pendency; he had

accordingly withdrawn that writ petition with liberty to challenge the letter dated 11.09.2012.

This writ petition is now dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to independently challenge the order dated 11.09.2012 before the Revenue Authorities in accordance with law. INDERMEET KAUR, J SEPTEMBER 01, 2016
