% 28.04.2016 The parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on October 7, 2015. Learned counsel for the parties state, with the efforts of the learned Mediator Ms. Reeta Kaul, they have settled their inter-se disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated March 2, 2016 and pray that the matter be disposed of as settled. I find that the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has placed on record the settlement dated March 2, 2016 of 17 pages with two annexures (page 120 part-I).
