Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the appeal filed by the petitioner has finally been disposed of, therefore the application seeking restoration of the petition as well as the main petition are rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid and for the reasons stated above, the application seeking restoration of the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
