% 12.08.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to the Trial Court to expedite the trial in the matter. Issue notice.

The learned APP for the State accepts notice. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, in view of the heavy boards of the Trial Courts and the directions of the Apex Court not to regulate the board of the Trial Courts, it is left to the discretion of the Trial Court to proceed in the matter as per its diary. However, it shall make an endeavour to expedite the trial in the matter. The observations made above shall not prejudice the rights and

contentions of the parties.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
