% 11.05.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondents to consider the grievances of the petitioner i.e. fixation of pay scale/Pay band in appropriate grade pay since the date of entitlement along with reasonable interest.

After some argument, Mr. A. K. Bhakt, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy.
