CM(M)339/2017 In the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the appellate authority under section 127 of the Electricity Act seeking to impugn the order dated 23.1.2015 is lingering on since 2015. It is submitted that despite several dates fixed, the appellate authority has not been able to dispose of the appeal. It is urged that the delay is causing grave prejudice to the petitioner.
In view of the above, the appellate authority is requested to expeditiously dispose of the appeal preferably within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also
