% 09.12.2016 Learned CMM has already disposed of the objections of petitioner vide order dated 9th November, 2016 in view of the amendment in THE SECURITISATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF FINANCIAL ASSESTS AND ENFORCEMENT OF SECURITY INTEREST ACT, 2002, which vests jurisdiction in the DRT to entertain the objections of the tenant. It is further submitted that petitioner has already filed the appropriate application before the DRT. Accordingly, in view of the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous and is disposed of. Dasti.
