2. As per office note, service report the notice issued to LRs of plaintiff received back unserved with the report 'left'. Notice has been affixed at the last known address of the LRs of plaintiff.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant no.6 and learned counsel for defendant no.7 submit that in view of the above fact that the LRs of plaintiff have left their address but they been served through affixation, the captioned IAs may be placed before the Hon'ble Court and they will make appropriate submissions before the Hon'ble Court.
