The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the Office Memorandum dated 16.03.2018 and a Circular dated 01.05.2018 issued by respondent no.1.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the said orders have been withdrawn by the Office Memorandum dated 07.05.2019. 3.
In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance does not survive. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application is also disposed of.
