% 09.08.2016 A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent. In this counter affidavit it has been pointed out that proceedings under the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 are pending before the Estate Officer qua this disputed property and the next date fixed before the Estate Officer is 10.8.2016. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that all actions as proposed to be taken by the order to be passed by the Estate Officer and the subsequent order to be passed by the Appellate Body shall be abided by. No other coercive steps will be taken except in accordance with order passed by the Estate Officer. In view of the stand of the respondent as is evident from the

counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition is not pressed.

Needless to state that the Estate Officer shall pass orders uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court or any other proceedings.

Petition disposed of.
