O R D E R

% 18.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the role assigned to the petitioner is that he gave beatings to the complainant by fists and kicks. As per the complainant, co-accused Sanjay had given a blow on his head by some pointed object. Sanjay has already been released on bail. Learned APP submits that petitioner has already joined the investigation. Complainant was discharged from the hospital on the same day.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject

to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
