Copy of order of 12th July, 2019 of the concerned Family Court alongwith copy of the joint statement of the parties has been handed over to the Court and it is taken on record.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the joint statement of the parties recorded on 12th July, 2019. It is made clear that if respondent defaults in complying with the aforesaid settlement, then petitioner shall be at liberty to get this petition restored.
