By way of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking directions to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to provide protection of life and property of the petitioners from respondent Nos. 5 to 8.

Respondent No. 9/Shobha is present along with her parents. She has stated that she wants to live with her parents and she has been living with them out of her own sweet will. Mr. Girdhari Lal, father of the respondent No. 9 is also present and has given in writing that he had not extended any threat to the petitioners on the issue of marriage of his daughter with the petitioner No. 1. No FIR has been registered in this case and he assures that the petitioners need not apprehend any threat from them in respect of this incident.

In view of the assurance given by father of the respondent No. 9 and submission made by respondent No. 9 that she is living with her parents voluntarily, as nothing further survives for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition. 4.
