% 25.04.2016 I.A. No.2966/2016 (Under Section 151 CPC by R-1 to 3) This is an application filed by respondents No.1 to 3 seeking recalling of the orders dated 31st May, 2013 and 12th July, 2013 in view of the settlement dated 18th February, 2014 and acknowledgement dated 10th December, 2015 arrived at between the parties. As a matter of fact, both the parties submit that disputes between the parties have been resolved before the Supreme Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the settlement, nothing survives in the present petition and the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Consequently, the present application is allowed and the orders dated 31st May, 2013 and 12th July, 2013 are hereby recalled.

O.M.P. 786/2012 In view of the order passed in I.A. No.2966/2016 above, as prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
