% 11.03.2020 Mr. Chander M. Lall, learned counsel senior counsel for the plaintiffs states that the application for substitution shall be filed within two weeks from today. Noting the submission and noting the fact that on 30.09.2019 I gave last opportunity to the plaintiff to file the application, subject to cost of Rs.25000/- to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund (S/B A/C No. 15530110074442) maintained with the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch within one week from today, two weeks time is granted to the plaintiff to file the application for substitution. If the application is not filed within two weeks, the suit shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution.
