O R D E R
% 19.04.2017 These petitions are filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') inter alia praying for interim relief.
The arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and therefore the parties would be at liberty to approach the arbitral tribunal for such interim relief, as may be advised.
The interim order passed in these proceedings shall continue till
it is varied or modified by the arbitral tribunal on an application moved by the either of the parties.
It is further clarified that the arbitrator shall consider the question of interim relief, uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court in these proceedings.
Parties are also at liberty to approach the arbitral tribunal or DAC for fixing a hearing.
