On 22.01.2016, this court has already passed an order admitting the winding up petition and appointing the OL as a provisional liquidator. To that extent the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file claims before the OL when invited by the OL.

CCP(CO.) 7/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the respondent company is being wound up, he does not wish to press the present petition.
