% 28.05.2018 On the oral prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner this application is treated as an application for interim bail. It is submitted that petitioner has to appear in D.El.Ed examination for untrained in-service teacher, scheduled to be held by National Institute of Open Schooling from 31st May, 2018 to 2nd June, 2018.

Petitioner is a student. Photocopy of the admit-card has been produced.

Accordingly, petitioner is granted interim bail for one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
