% 10.01.2019 Traffic Inspector is present in Court. He submits that there is a proposal to remove the small demarcation by the MCD to widen the road. He further submits that the number of buses plying in that area have increased many folds and thus, it is necessary to keep the road clear from encroachers.

Let a meeting be held between the DCP of the area, the concerned Deputy Commissioner of MCD of the area and the Traffic Inspector to work out the mechanism to ensure that the road is encroachment free and free

movement of traffic and pedestrian is not hampered. Re-notify on 25th February, 2019.
