W.P.(C) 4538/2016 & CM Appl. 18922/2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal (for short 'FCAT').

To facilitate the filing of the appeal, it is clarified that in the event the appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall not be dismissed on the ground of delay.
