O R D E R
% 23.05.2018 Crl.M.A. /2018 (to be numbered) Registry is directed to number the application. Allowed subject to just exceptions.
W.P.(Crl.) No.1613/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.96/2017 under Sections 324/34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act wherein the allegations are of use of firearm and an empty cartridge being recovered from the spot though none got injured.
Considering the fact that Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act entail a minimum punishment, this Court does not find it to be a case for quashing of the FIR on the basis of the compromise.
Petition is dismissed.
