% 17.12.2019 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the parties have settled their disputes and a compromise deed dated 10.08.2019 has been executed.

He submits that pursuant to the settlement, respondents have also surrendered all their claims in the subject property and handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the same to the appellants.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
