O R D E R

% 31.05.2018 The original files have been produced before us by the respondent. Our attention is drawn to the record of proceedings dated 19.03.2018 which also bears signature of the learned counsel. In view of the aforesaid position, we would not go into the merits which would require examination and consideration of disputed questions of fact, and would require the petitioners to take recourse to alternate remedy by way of appeal. Liberty is given to the petitioners to file statutory appeal. We decline and would not exercise our discretion to entertain a writ petition.

We clarify this order shall not be construed as expressing any opinion on questions of fact and law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as not entertained. There would be no order as to costs.
