This is a petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act for summoning the witnesses in terms of para 15 of the petition. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned Arbitrator, vide his order dated May 02, 2016 directed the petitioner to take steps for the presence of the witnesses, whose appearance is sought.

Accordingly, summons be issued for the appearance of the concerned officer of the organisations named in para 15 of the petition, for their appearance before the learned Arbitrator on July 20, 2016 at 2.00 pm at Delhi International Arbitration Centre(DAC), Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi along with the relevant record(s). The summons shall be accompanied by copy of the petition.
