The present petition under Sections 10,11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeks the following prayers:- "a) direct the Respondents/Contemnors to purge on their own and forthwith comply with the directions given in the order dated 12th March 2013 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Valmiki J Mehta in WP (C) No. 1240 of 2010 b) punish the Respondents/Contemnors for having willfully committed the contempt of the of the Orders and Judgment dated 12th March 2013 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Valmiki J Mehta in WP (C) No. 1240 of 2010 c) In that behalf pass any other or such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition on account of settlement arrived between the parties. 4.
